She is a speech language pathologist and has been doing that job for 17 years. She also was a classroom teacher for 7 years. She enjoys helping the students communicate. She also enjoys watching the students grow and develop.

She is a licensed counselor who works with the military and their families. As a military spouse she understands the challenges military families face. She enjoys helping people navigate the challenges that life gives them. She was a Girl Scout as well.
