The founder of the Boomerang Project, Prachi Mital, was selected as a 2019-2020 Helene Cody Scholar. The mission of Helene Cody Foundation is to inspire youth to volunteer to better their communities and themselves. Prachi is supported by The Helene Cody Foundation with a college scholarship, project seed money, leadership training, and mentoring.
