Bookr Enterprise ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our Partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Bookr Partner mobile application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information necessary to provide and improve our services:
- Account Data: Business name, owner name, email address, and phone number.
- Venue Data: Static physical addresses of the venues/services you list.
- Operational Data: Booking history, service availability, and staff names.
- Technical Data: Device information and logs via Sentry for error reporting and application stability.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To facilitate and manage bookings between you and Customers.
- To provide analytics and dashboard reporting on your business performance.
- To communicate important updates regarding your account or the platform.
- To identify and fix technical bugs using Sentry.
3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use Supabase for secure database management and backend services.
- Error Reporting: We use Sentry to monitor application performance and crashes.
- Legal Requirements: If required by Indian law or government authorities.
- Customers: We share necessary venue details (address and name) with Customers to fulfill bookings. We do not share your private phone number with customers for all booking types unless necessary for service fulfillment.
4. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures provided by our infrastructure partners (Supabase) to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access and update your profile and venue information through the App.
- Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
- Opt-out of non-essential communications.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy within the App.
