About the Illustrator

Guillermo Escudero

Guillermo Escudero, was born on the south side of the planet at the foot of the tallest mountains, near ancient rivers and exquisite vistas. His journey didn’t allow him to stay put, so he traveled north to where the tallest buildings cut through the sky and a river of people move swiftly through an island of solitude. He knew that the desert was calling him, and there he went. He came across a story teller, a funny guy in its purest form, a person that shared the same interests as him, two creative souls, always searching, always questioning, never settling for simple answers.

Mr. Escudero’s creative images were inspired by Mr. Rosthenhausler’s imaginary and beautiful story, which mirrored Escudero’s journey of self-discovery and search for the true self, finding the connection with the infinite.

Among the hobbies and interests that survived throughout his life are cycling, photography, drawing andan interest for the spiritual, philosophy, religion, and the mystical.
