With 25 years of experience in Pilates, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients move beyond pain, tension, and discomfort to feel stronger, more confident, and at ease in their bodies. My clientele ranges from elite athletes to busy parents, teenagers to seniors—including incredible 90-year-olds! I also support individuals recovering from surgery, tailoring sessions to their unique needs.
As a BASI-trained instructor, I hold additional certifications in shoulder and knee rehabilitation, scoliosis management, and specialized training programs for athletes. Pilates has been my foundation for an active, adventurous lifestyle—whether I’m mountain biking, skiing, or horseback riding with my husband, I rely on the strength and mobility it gives me.
