As the founding director of ServiceNet's Prospect Meadow Farm, Shawn transformed an innovative vocational farming startup into a profitable social enterprise. Starting with modest startup capital, he built the program to generate over $5 million in annual revenue while maintaining profitability. Under his leadership, the farm provides meaningful vocational opportunities for over 125 individuals annually, offering them a pathway to dignity, independence, and community connection.

Co-Chair of the Hatfield Master Plan (Comprehensive Planning) Committee, helping shape the town’s future through strategic planning.
