*Each rental is subject to a $100 cleaning fee, and a $350 refundable damage deposit.

†Prices are based on 4 people. Additional adults subject to $10 per person per night, children $5 per person per night

π3 night minimum over Prime Time, 2 night minimum over Peak and Regular Season

Payment Policy

• Full payment is collected 30 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit may be collected prior to reserve dates.
• We accept Interac e-transfer and regular cheques
• We do not accept credit cards or take paypal

Cancellation Policy

• Please call or email at least 30 days prior to your stay to receive your full payment and damage deposit back.
• Any time after 30 days, we will return your full payment, but keep your damage deposit.
