BioWonders is an international youth biology workshop, designed by high school students, that aims to enhance students' understanding of the various biology concepts. We provide students in grades 5 through 9 with multiple ways of learning including scavenger hunts, jeopardy, kahoots, and more!

Every month, we bring in guest speakers in the biology field to give our students an insight into different types of research that is being done about various diseases.

BioWonders creates a diverse environment brining in students from all over the world, allowing others to grow and learn from each other. We hope to inspire students the same way in we were younger so that they can pursue their dreams in the science field.

If you want to sign up to be a part of one our tutoring sessions, go to the "student resources" page and click the third tab that says"student registration form." This will take you to a google form where you can register for one of the following timings:

Monday 1-2:30 pm PST

Saturday 4:45-6:15 pm PST

Sunday 3-4:30 pm PST

Once you sign up for one of these slots and fill out the rest of the form, we will contact you back through our email for more information! If none of these slots work for you, email us at thebiowonders@gmail.com. We will start opening up new time slots very soon, so we can inform you once our new slots open up!

We usually have about 8-12 students per tutoring session. Having a small number of students allows the tutors to interact with the students one on one and be more engaged with them.

Currently, we have three tutoring slots ongoing and we are hoping to open up more very soon! Here are the following timings that are available:

Monday 1-2:30 pm PST

Saturday 4:45-6:15 pm PST

Sunday 3-4:30 pm PST

Note that the Saturday batch is way ahead of the other batches since they started more than 6 months ago. We will still allow students to join the Saturday batch, but it is important that the students know they will be behind. The Monday and Sunday batch just started a couple weeks ago and students who join that class are still able to catch up with the rest of their peers. Again, we will be opening up new slots soon so stay tuned!
