THEBILLX TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1. Acceptance
  By using TheBillX (Android app or web app at www.thebillx.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.

• 2. Service Description
  TheBillX is a billing and inventory management software for small businesses, available as an Android app and a web application.

• 3. Free Trial
  New users receive a free trial of 30 days from first use, OR 100 bills created, whichever comes first. No credit card is required. Full features are available during the trial period.

• 4. Subscription Plans

• India (INR): ₹99/month or ₹799/year

• International (USD): $5/month or $40/year

• 5. Payment
  Payment instructions including method and account details are shown within the app after your trial expires. After payment, tap "I Have Paid" in the app to notify us. We verify payment and activate your subscription within 24 hours.

• 6. Cancellation & Renewal
  Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew when your subscription expires. You may stop using the service at any time with no penalty.

• 7. Your Data
  Your business data is stored in your own Google Drive. TheBillX does not own, access, or control your business data.

• 8. Limitation of Liability
  TheBillX is provided "as is." We are not liable for any business losses or damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

• 9. Modifications
  We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• 10. Governing Law
  These terms are governed by the laws of India.
