THEBILLX REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Manual Payment Model
TheBillX uses a manual payment verification model. You pay via the method shown in the app, then notify us to activate your subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly plan (₹99 / $5):
Refund available within 48 hours of payment if subscription has not been activated. No refund once access has been granted.

Yearly plan (₹799 / $40):
Refund available within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied. No refund after 7 days.

3. How to Request a Refund
Email sevenseas8586@gmail.com with:

• Your TheBillX reference ID (shown in app as TBX-XXXXXX)

• Payment screenshot or proof

• Reason for refund

We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original payment.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Subscription already activated and used for more than 7 days (yearly) or any duration (monthly)

• Change of mind after the eligible refund window
