It details how to put together information sessions, organize volunteer groups, prepare a convincing rationale for principals and teachers, develop strategies to canvass the community in order to identify potential families who are interested in enrolling their children in the dual language program, and work efficiently with all of the stakeholders to get the project off the ground.
