Welcome to The Bespoke Petals. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help us ensure the highest quality of service and beautiful arrangements for every single customer.

1. Ordering & Customization

• Nature’s Variance: As flowers are natural products, please expect slight variations in color, size, and bloom stage. We cannot guarantee a 100% identical match to inspiration photos or previous work.

• Substitutions: If specific flowers or foliage are unavailable due to seasonality or supply, we reserve the right to substitute them with the closest available alternative of equal or greater value to maintain the overall aesthetic.

2. Pricing & Fillers

• Flat Rate Fillers: Our standard filler foliage is charged at a flat rate based on the bouquet size (Small, Medium, Large).

• Bespoke Requests: Custom requests, premium imported greenery, or specific "out-of-season" fillers may incur additional charges. Prices are subject to change based on market availability.

3.  Payment Policy

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your order and pickup/delivery date. Your slot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled in full upon collection or prior to delivery on the scheduled day.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Notice Period: Any changes to the design or delivery date must be made at least 2 (two) days in advance.

• Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable as materials may have already been sourced for your order.

5. Care & Liability

• Flower Longevity: Once the bouquet has been collected or delivered, the responsibility for its care shifts to the customer. We provide a care guide to help maximize bloom life, but we cannot be held responsible for wilting due to improper handling or environmental conditions (e.g., extreme heat).

• Collection: Please inspect your bouquet at the time of pickup. Any concerns must be raised immediately so we can make adjustments on the spot.
