Benchability (BA)

Rates the placement and purpose of the bench.

A high rating will typically be given to benches which have been placed at strategic locations, i.e. at the top of a long ascent or at a place with a scenic view

Rating from 1 (low) to 10 (high)

Benchness (BN)

This attribute rates how the bench scores with regards to how benchy it is. A pretty and well maintained bench will typically get a high rating.
