Customs are often one of our favorite types of orders. Working to fit a customer's specific requests is always an exciting task. While we mainly work with necklaces and earrings for customs, anything we offer as a product can be customized. Customers can request a brand new idea, or can ask to recreate a necklace in the Portfolio. All you have to do is fill out the Custom Form and we'll dive into your wonderful vision.Â

Customer will submit an inquiry, via message, form, etc.
I will reach out to the customer to discuss their answers and solidify the request.
I will give the customer an expected time estimate to expect the piece by. If the customer wishes for process pictures, they can be provided.
Once the custom is finished, an image will be sent clarifying the order is made how they would like. If clarified and successful, then the payment will be sent.
If the customer fails to pay and doesn't respond within 2 weeks, the piece is up for sale.
After payment is sent, the custom piece will be sent. Thank you for ordering!
