Abhijeet Khopkar – From Fitness to Flavors

With over 24 years in the fitness industry, Abhijeet Khopkar is no stranger to discipline, dedication, and a pursuit of excellence. But beyond his successful career in fitness, he harbored another lifelong passion — cooking. Growing up, he was deeply inspired by the flavors and traditions of his mother’s kitchen. Her food wasn’t just nourishment — it was a celebration of culture, love, and hospitality.

Determined to share that same warmth and authenticity with the world, Abhijeet made a bold move — turning his second passion into a full-time profession. Today, he pours the same heart into every dish that his mother once did, ensuring that each guest experiences not just a meal, but a piece of family history.

Neil Khopkar – Carrying the Legacy Forward

Joining his father in this flavorful journey is Neil Khopkar, a young and dynamic professional with a deep-rooted respect for tradition and a keen eye on excellence. A trained Hotel Management graduate from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, New Zealand, Neil brings international standards and modern hospitality practices to the table.

But Neil’s talents don’t stop at hospitality. A passionate Hindustani Classical Musician, he adds soul not just to the ambiance, but to the spirit of the brand itself — blending heritage and heart with every note and every plate.
