What do we offer?

Vintage Horsebox Bar - The Bar In The Box

 Vintage Horsebox bar

We operate The Bar In the Box from our thoughtfully converted vintage Rice horse trailer. We are totally self sufficient with running water and a generator, so can provide a fully operational from almost anywhere!

We have all sorts of natty objects for hire to help create the mood... bunting, vintage deckchairs, coir matting, festoon lighting and loads more.

Pop Up Mobile Bar The Bar In The Box

 POP UP MOBILE BAR

We have a glossy pop up bar which is perfect for those smaller spaces or as a compliment cocktail bar to the horsebox bar. Same cocktails, same great service except on a smaller scale!

We've found that our pop up bar sits well as an accompaniment to a traditional bar which serves 'pulled pints' as a gin bar or cocktail bar.

Patsys vintage china hire

We have the most delightful collection of English vintage bone china available for hire. 

Our eclectic mix of items will be just perfect for your boho wedding, vintage themed event , baby shower or tea party

Dainty and delicate china cups and saucers, cake plates and cake stands just waiting to be laden with tempting treats. We have no minimum order, can cater for parties of up to 100  and always making additions to the collection ( just can't help it!)


cocktail masterclass

The perfect activity to get your friends together for a fun and interactive experience making your own cocktails in at home.

You provide the venue and friends, we provide everything else you need for an unforgettable cocktail making masterclass , all alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware provided.

Everyone gets their own station with all the equipment and tools to learn how to create 3 delicious cocktails with some fun and drinking games thrown in!



Patsys Vintage teas

Let us take the strain of your vintage tea party and  provide you with a sumptuous banquet of sweet treats such as  cakes, scones, cupcakes, tray bakes and  a variety of sandwiches (with crusts cut off, of course!) 

All tasty treats are home made and as such are made with love and made specially for you- so let us know what takes your fancy...

We are proud to hold a 5 star hygiene rating awarded by Herefordshire Council.



Mobile cocktails delivered

During lockdown, like many others, we had to think outside the (horse) box and find a way to get our delicious cocktails out there while the vintage horsebox bar was parked up- thanks to Covid 19!

The idea was developed after we were the recipient of care packages from our lovely friends and family, as we weren't able to get together and mix as we had been used to. Small outside gatherings became the norm during the Summer of 2020 and so we came up with the idea of a mobile delivery service.

A contact less service which provided our delicious cocktails along with everything you needed to enjoy cocktails and mocktails at home. 

Due to its popular demand, we've continued to operate our mobile cocktail delivery service locally - let us know if you have a small gathering coming up and we'll be happy to drop those deliveries straight to your door!

and gift boxes

Due to the popular demand, we've continued to operate our mobile cocktail delivery service locally - this naturally progressed to sending cocktail boxes further afield and after lots of repeat orders, decided that we would offer a subscription cocktail club!

We offer a one off gift box of  either 2 or 4 cocktails , each containing 50ml pre mixed cocktails with suggested paired mixers, cocktail recipe cards, paper straws and mini chocolates, we can even pop in a personalised message.

We also offer a 3 month or a 6 month subscription club where you will receive specially selected cocktails to discover and enjoy at home.
