We at BAB found that teens have a difficult time finding employment on websites like Glassdoor and Indeed, since they are tailored mostly to corporate jobs, and the few listings they have for teens are clogged by large chain companies. we also found that small businesses could use extra help, but can't get the same web exposure as the larger corporations, and to solve both problems we created Bay Area Business
