Member Enrollment

STEP 1: INTEREST

An individual expresses interest in joining The Backstage Society through a form or direct request. 

At this stage they are considered an Applicant.

STEP 2: REGISTRATION

An applicant is added to the Society Registry with a Member ID and assigned a Division.

This establishes official record status.

STEP 3: CANDIDATE PEPRIOD

The individual participates in Society activities such as rehearsals, meetings, or creative sessions.

This period focuses on involvement, not evaluation.

STEP 4: FIRST PARTICIPATION

The candidate completes at least one active role in a project ot activity.

This confirms engagement within the Society.

STEP 5: OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP

After participation, the individual, becomes an official Member of The Backstage Society.

They gain full access to roles, divisions, and projects.
