How To Order

Send a message with your name, what you would like to order, as well as when you would like the order completed by (please be sure to order at least 1 week before desired date!).

I'll get back to you ASAP with additional questions of my own about the order. Specifically about the amount (to clarify), any specifics about the order (depending on the product), and pickup/delivery options.

I may ask additional questions and you should too so I can guarantee your order is completed to perfection!

I will also confirm the price and payment method with you before finalizing the order.

For requested, non-menu items as well as specific Birthday/Occasion design requests it may take some time to work out a price and we can also negotiate it.

For any major cake decoration designs, I may ask for a payment of the base rate of that cake. It will be subtracted from the end total and the rest can be paid the day of.

Example Order:

"Hello, my name is Jane Doe I was looking to order two dozen vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting to be ready for my son's birthday on June 11th."

I would respond to confirm the two dozen (24), as well as ensure the flavors are correct, ask about add-ons, and confirm the date. Once it's all confirmed we will discuss prices, payment, and pickup/delivery.
