Robin James Bartley is a gender-neutral novelist born and raised in Oak Park, 2005, Chicago Illinois. As a child they would spend time writing passionate stories and fanfiction based on the limited media they would consume, and as they grew that creative talent was trained into uniquely written creations all of their own.
