Volunteer Involvement

As a local congregation or an individual (21 years old or older) you can be involved by donating time, supplies or snacks during one of the weeks the Theater Experience is offered. Below you will find a list of ways to be involved. Email: theaterexperience2017@gmail.com to fill out a volunteer application or submit the form below!

1. Be Part of the Team- If you are skilled in the area of the arts and passionate about using it in ministry, we would love for you to be a part of the team that helps carry out the event and inspire young artists in the faith.

2. Supplies - as mentioned above we will need supplies such as costumes, props, lighting and set for the production and if you have access to these supplies we would greatly appreciate your donation.

3. Snacks/Meals - Each day will run from 2:00pm - 9pm. We would appreciate any snacks we can use during this time. We also will need dinners provided at 5:30 pm each day. Your Church is invited to participate in by providing food on any day.

4. Share and Attend - One of the most important ways you can support us is by sharing about one of the productions we will be performing on June 17th at 7 pm. Also, making plans to attend.

5. Prayer - This is the most important thing you can do. Pray for this experience to be enriching and reflective of Christ in a way that impacts students, audience members and congregants to engage more fully in the proclamation of the Kingdom of God.
