👋 I'm Megan Thompson, mom to four fabulous children and fur mom to a few beloved creatures! I am the Lower School Art teacher at Casady School, where I have spent over 15 years teaching and guiding students on their individual creative journeys, encouraging students to find and trust their artistic voices.

Opening the Art Room has been a lifelong dream. In a world where screens have become the default pause button, I believe mindfulness and creative expression are more important than ever.

My goal is to create a space where artists of any age can feel safe to slow down, pause, quiet the noise and hear their own voice, and trust themselves to let their heart guide their art.
