Official Rules

To enter the prize drawing, you must be at least 18 years old, register for the Argentina Fan Passport, and complete at least three valid check-ins at participating locations or activities by July 19, 2026. Winners must be at least 18 years old and will be selected by random drawing on July 20, 2026 and notified by email. Valid government-issued photo ID required to claim any prize 

By participating in the Argentina Fan Passport Prize Drawing (the “Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. ORGANIZER

The Sweepstakes is organized by the Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Atlanta, located at 53 Perimeter Center East, Suite #500, Atlanta, Georgia 30346 (the “Organizer”).

Participating venues and prize providers may contribute prizes, gift cards, experiences, or benefits, but they are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, except as expressly stated with respect to the redemption of prizes they provide.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 21, 2026 and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). All eligible check-ins must be completed during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, who register for the Argentina Fan Passport, and who complete valid check-ins at participating locations or participating Argentina Fan Passport activities during the Promotion Period.

Entrants must be legally permitted to participate under the laws applicable to them. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, representatives, contractors, and staff of the Organizer, participating prize providers, participating venues, and any entity involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Certain prizes may have additional eligibility requirements. Prizes involving alcoholic beverages or alcohol-related experiences may only be awarded to winners who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and who can provide valid government-issued photo identification confirming age.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant must:

a. Register for the Argentina Fan Passport using a valid email address;
b. Complete at least three (3) valid check-ins at participating locations or participating Argentina Fan Passport activities during the Promotion Period; and
c. Provide accurate registration information sufficient to identify and contact the entrant if selected as a potential winner.

A valid check-in means a check-in completed through the method designated by the Organizer for a participating venue or activity, which may include scanning a QR code, submitting a check-in form, or using another official check-in mechanism made available by the Organizer.

No purchase, payment, consumption, order, or transaction is required to complete a check-in or to enter the Sweepstakes. Participating venues may feature Argentine-inspired food, beverages, products, or experiences, but purchasing or consuming any item is not required to enter or win.

Each eligible entrant who completes at least three (3) valid check-ins will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Additional purchases will not increase the odds of winning. Additional check-ins beyond the required minimum will not increase the odds of winning unless the Organizer expressly publishes a separate rule stating otherwise before the end of the Promotion Period.

5. CHECK-IN INTEGRITY AND DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer may disqualify any entrant, check-in, or entry that appears to be fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, generated by automated means, submitted through multiple registrations by the same person, based on false information, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Only one registration per person is permitted. Attempts to create multiple registrations, manipulate check-ins, submit false check-ins, interfere with the check-in process, or abuse the system may result in disqualification.

6. PRIZE DRAWING AND ODDS

Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries on Monday, July 20, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Organizer or its designated representative.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The Organizer may draw alternate winners if a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, fails to provide required documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

7. PRIZES

The prize pool may include, among other prizes:

a. Round-trip airline ticket(s) to Argentina courtesy of Copa Airlines;
b. Hotel stays or tourism experiences in Argentina;
c. Restaurant dinners or dining vouchers;
d. Gift cards contributed by participating venues;
e. Local experiences, including virtual reality, wine, gastronomy, cultural, or hospitality experiences; and
f. Other prizes or partner benefits included in the final prize catalog.

The final list of prizes, approximate retail value, number of prizes, expiration dates, redemption locations, booking requirements, blackout dates, age restrictions, and other material conditions will be published or made available through the Argentina Fan Passport website, landing page, registration page, email communication, prize catalog, or other official communication channel used by the Organizer.

All prizes are non-cash prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, substituted, or exchanged by the winner. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

8. PRIZE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

Airline tickets are subject to availability, airline rules, fare restrictions, blackout dates, expiration dates, route availability, booking deadlines, and all terms and conditions imposed by the airline. Unless expressly stated otherwise, airline prizes do not include lodging, ground transportation, meals, baggage fees, travel insurance, visa or passport costs, incidentals, taxes, or any other expenses.

Hotel stays, tourism experiences, restaurant dinners, classes, gift cards, and local experiences are subject to availability, advance reservation requirements, operating hours, expiration dates, blackout dates, capacity limitations, age restrictions, and the terms and conditions of the applicable prize provider.

Winners are solely responsible for ensuring that they are able to travel, use, redeem, or participate in the applicable prize. No compensation will be provided if a winner is unable to use a prize before its expiration date or within the conditions established by the prize provider.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address used to register for the Argentina Fan Passport. The Organizer is not responsible for undeliverable emails, spam filters, incorrect email addresses, inactive accounts, or failure by a potential winner to monitor the registered email account.

Potential winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of the date the notification email is sent, unless the notification email specifies a different deadline. Failure to respond within the required time may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

10. IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

To receive a prize, a potential winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification. Acceptable identification may include a passport, driver’s license, state identification card, or other valid government-issued photo ID.

The name, identity, and eligibility of the winner must match or be reasonably verifiable against the Argentina Fan Passport registration information and the email address used for participation. The Organizer may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, identity, age, tax documentation, travel capacity, or compliance with these Official Rules.

For prizes involving travel, the winner is solely responsible for having a valid passport, any required visas, travel authorizations, and any other documents necessary to use the prize.

11. TAXES AND EXPENSES

All federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting, receiving, redeeming, or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The Organizer or prize provider may request tax forms or other documentation if required by applicable law. Failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Organizer, participating venues, prize providers, and their designees to use the winner’s name, city/state or country of residence, image, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for promotional, informational, institutional, and publicity purposes related to the Argentina Fan Passport, without additional compensation or approval.

13. PRIVACY

Information submitted or collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer the Argentina Fan Passport, verify eligibility, conduct the drawing, notify winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that their information may be processed by the Organizer or its designated representatives for purposes related to the Sweepstakes.

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, participating venues, prize providers, and their respective officers, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, inability to use, or redemption of any prize.

Prizes are provided “as is” and subject to the terms of the applicable provider. The Organizer does not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding any prize provided by a third party, except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.

15. TECHNICAL ISSUES

The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, website or form errors, internet or mobile connectivity issues, delayed or failed check-ins, lost or corrupted data, incomplete registrations, email delivery failures, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical problems, force majeure, security issues, legal restrictions, or any other cause beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes, or to select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event, to the extent permitted by law.

16. NO AFFILIATION

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any tournament organizer, sports federation, league, team, social media platform, or technology provider, unless expressly stated in writing.

17. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed as a waiver of any privileges, immunities, rights, or protections available to the Argentine Republic, its diplomatic or consular missions, officers, staff, or representatives under applicable law.

18. WINNERS LIST

A winners list may be made available after the drawing, subject to applicable privacy laws and legal requirements. Requests may be sent to: comercial_catla@mrecic.gov.ar.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
