What started as a weekend experiment in our kitchen has turned into a sweet obsession. We’re the Aquino family—cheesecake lovers turned bakers. Inspired by the bold, caramelized flavor of the Basque-style cheesecake, we decided to shrink it down into something more shareable (or not!) and create our signature cheesecake minis.
Every piece from Theaquinos is handmade, using only premium cream cheese, free-range eggs, and a whole lot of heart.
Why minis? Because good things do come in small packages.
