The Aptos High Dance Team is proud to be a part of Aptos High Athletics. Our team promotes school spirit by performing at various athletic events including football and basketball as well as school rallies, parades, and other community events throughout the county.

The Aptos High Dance Team competes at two USA Regional dance competitions and one USA National dance competition in Anaheim, CA. Over the last 10 years, the dance team has continued to place in the Top 3 consistently at regionals and for the first time in Aptos history placed 6th at nationals in March 2023.

Starting the 2023-2024 school year, we are excited to announce we are expanding our program to include a JV team! We are excited to grow and try new things while spreading the love of dance throughout the community.

Members of the Aptos High Dance Team are committed, hard working, and motivated athletes and artists. Dancers train 4+ hours a week from July to March as a team and many put in upwards of 10 hours a week on their own time.

FALL:
