Personal Information: We do NOT automatically collect personal information such as your name, address, or phone number. We only receive your email address if you voluntarily contact us for technical support or feedback.
Non-Personal Information: We do NOT collect personally identifiable analytics or tracking data. Any basic technical information (such as device type or operating system version) is processed anonymously by Google-provided services and is used solely to ensure app stability and performance.
Permissions: Our apps request access to device features such as Camera or Media storage only when required for core app functionality (for example, selecting or saving media). These permissions are used strictly for user-initiated actions and are not used to collect, store, or transmit personal data.
3. SCOPED STORAGE & MEDIA ACCESS
Our apps fully comply with Google Play’s Scoped Storage requirements.
User-Selected Files: We access only the specific photos, videos, documents, or folders that you explicitly select using the Android system file picker.
Local Processing: All media editing and file processing occur locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your private images or videos to our servers or any third parties.
No Broad Access: We do NOT request broad storage permissions such as MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE..
4. CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS (CSAE & CSAM)
THE APPS FEST maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibition: Our apps strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, storage, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Reporting: If any prohibited content is identified, we take immediate action and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

5. ADVERTISING
