Questions from Home Sellers
How should I prepare my house before selling it?
Make sure the home does not have a lot of personal photos or items in it. Each room should look clean and decluttered with no overt damage in sight. Make sure your HVAC, plumbing, and electricity all work properly.
Should I order a home inspection?
Getting a pre-sale home inspection is never a bad idea. The buyer will often have the home inspected by their own inspector. It may be better to be safe than sorry.
How long will it take to sell my home?
Once the house is on the market, it may take 4 to 6 weeks to sell. Depending on the market and the condition of the home, this process could go faster or slower.
What is an agent's commission fee?
