By downloading, installing, or playing Dead Outbreak: Zombie Shooter FPS, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a transparent and responsible manner in compliance with applicable laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other applicable privacy regulations worldwide.
We collect the following types of information when you play our Game:
When you play Dead Outbreak: Zombie Shooter FPS, the following data may be collected automatically by our third-party service providers:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Android Advertising ID), screen resolution, and device language settings.
Usage Data: Game progress, levels completed, scores, session duration, in-game events, and gameplay statistics.

Dead Outbreak: Zombie Shooter FPS uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC.
AdMob may collect and use information about your device and usage behavior to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements. This includes:
Android Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable unique identifier used for ad targeting
Device information and app usage data
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (SDKs) placed on your device

Please note that opting out of personalized ads does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements — you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
Dead Outbreak: Zombie Shooter FPS is intended for users aged 17 and above due to its Mature content rating. This Game is NOT directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through this Game, please contact us immediately at the email address provided in Section 10 so we can delete such information. In compliance with COPPA, we do not serve personalized ads to users known to be under the age of 13.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We share data with Google (AdMob) as described in Section 4 for advertising purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Alphaz, our users, or others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Game progress and preferences stored locally on your device (via PlayerPrefs) are retained until you uninstall the Game or clear the Game's data.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies.
You may delete locally stored game data at any time by clearing the app data from your Android device settings: Settings → Apps → Dead Outbreak → Clear Data.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We encourage you to keep your device secure and updated.

Clear locally stored game data from their device
Uninstall the Game at any time
Dead Outbreak: Zombie Shooter FPS is an offline game. Core gameplay does not require an internet connection. However, an internet connection is required to load and display advertisements through Google AdMob. During offline play, no ads will be served and no advertising data will be transmitted.
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device using Unity's PlayerPrefs system and are not transmitted to any remote server by The Alphaz.
