• 16 teams play each other twice (30 games)

Promotion

• Top team promoted

• 2nd & 3rd qualify for 4 team mini league also involving 2 teams from the league above for 1 promotion spot

Relegation

• Bottom 2 teams relegated

Other

• The match squad must have no more than 3 foreign players (5 overall)

• There must be at least 3 under-23 players in the starting ll. (Born after 29/8/1997)

*As always this is only a suggestion, the leagues listed are in order of importance, feel free to run as many or as little leagues as you think your system can handle.  The setup above  is a pretty random one as South Africa are geographically out on a limb

It is advisable however to run as many top tier leagues of major nations as you can to keep the continental club competitions competitive
