28 teams in 2 groups of 14 teams (13 matches)
Top 7 teams qualify for promotion group where they play each other one more time bringing amount of games played to 19
Promotion
Top team from each group automatically promoted
Second place from each group plays each other for the right to face the 14th placed team from the league above
Relegation
No relegation in first season as league below will not be played
Other
Odd 2, Valerenga 2 and Rosenborg 2 cannot be promoted or managed
The match squad must have no more than 3 non-EU players

It is advisable however to run as many top tier leagues of major nations as you can to keep the continental club competitions competitive
