That moment of clarity came on July 17th—the day Dominique became a mother. It changed how she viewed leadership.

She specializes in helping clients navigate complexity—whether it’s building inclusive teams, leading through change, or giving and receiving feedback—with authenticity and intention.
In addition to her work with SevenSeventeen, Dominique serves as Managing Director of Talent & Operations for OneGoal’s Illinois region, where she leads with empathy and excellence to grow people, drive results, and advance equity in education.
A lifelong learner and natural connector, Dominique’s passion is grounded in culture, community, and care. She is especially driven to support leaders of color, entrepreneurs, and teams at the intersection of aspiration and impact. Born in Brooklyn and rooted in Chicago, Dominique leads and lives in alignment with her values—every step of the way.
