The 10 BVC

The 10 Beach Volleyball Club started as a group of top players in the Southern California Valley areas approached Coach Dave to offer a better option than the other beach programs available. Having coached them for many years previously and caring deeply about their development, Dave agreed to start a small group of TEN dedicated players to compete and support each other’s growth. Thus, the beginning of THE TEN.

As we have continued to grow and welcome additional athletes in, we also think of TEN as a sign for “perfection” – a perfect TEN!

We chase perfection in the following ways:

• EFFORT – we come to each practice and competition committed to give our best.

• TEAMWORK – beach volleyball is the ultimate partner sport, and we must build up our partners and members of our club alike. Challenging us all to always bring our best, supporting with constructive feedback, and celebrating when we get it right.

• INTEGRITY – we must always represent ourselves, our club, and our sport in the best manner we can, demonstrating excellent sportsmanship and a high level of character.
