We’re proud to share that Alexandra Koch-Liu and Jane Paterson both presented their research at the Collaborative Program in Neuroscience (CPIN) Conference at the University of Toronto.
Their presentations highlighted the exciting work being done in the lab and contributed to the vibrant scientific discussions at the event. Congratulations to Alexandra and Jane for representing the lab and sharing their research with the neuroscience community.
June 2025
June was an exciting month for our lab members, with outstanding presentations and recognition at several national and international conferences.
Hannah Le presented her research at both the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) Annual Meeting and the Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition (CSC). Hannah was also honored with the SNMMI Radiopharmaceutical Sciences Council Young Investigator Award (RPSC YIA). Congratulations, Hannah!
Justin Chia also presented at the SNMMI Annual Meeting and the Visions in Pharmacology (VIP) conference. His excellent work was recognized with multiple awards, including the SNMMI Brain Imaging Council Travel Award, the Poster Award (Neuroscience Track) at SNMMI, and the Best Poster (MSc) Award at VIP from the University of Toronto. Congratulations, Justin, on these impressive achievements.

Dr. Chao Zheng presented our groundbreaking research on novel PET imaging probes for neurological diseases at the Society of Chinese Bioscientists in America (SCBA) Toronto Chapter Annul Symposium at St. Michael's Hospital. This prestigious event brings together top bioscientists to showcase cutting-edge advances in biomedical research and technology.

Dr. Chao Zheng gave an invited talk at McGill University's Neuro Centre as part of the Feindel Brain and Mind Seminar, where he shared our research on PET imaging tracer development for neurological disorders. More information can be found here.
