Airport pickup and drop-off will be arranged for invited participants arriving from overseas.

Invited participants traveling from outside Taiwan will be eligible for airfare support.
In principle, airfare support covers economy-class round-trip tickets. The applicable reimbursement ceiling varies depending on the point of departure.
Participants are kindly requested to purchase their tickets in advance. Reimbursement will be processed upon arrival in Taipei upon submission of the required supporting documents, including the electronic ticket, boarding passes, and payment receipt.
Detailed reimbursement arrangements will be communicated individually to invited participants.
Invited participants may receive travel support, per diem allowances, or honoraria depending on their place of residence and the applicable funding regulations.

Participants are responsible for checking visa requirements for entry into Taiwan.
