ENTRIES FOR 2026 NOW OPEN
We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, as a small, community-run event with limited spots and significant upfront costs, we have the following refund policy in place:
1. Withdrawals up to 60 days before race day: 75% refund of the entry fee.
2. Withdrawals between 30–59 days before race day: 50% refund of the entry fee.
3. Withdrawals within 30 days of race day: No refund available.
Transfer of entry: Entries are not transferable to another person or future event. If you can no longer take part, your spot will be offered to someone on the waitlist.
Event cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disaster, public health restrictions), we’ll do our best to refund a portion of your entry fee after covering any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
