The Warrior Way is a PBIS framework to ensure that all students at OMS have a positive experience. Our focus is on improving our school’s ability to teach and support positive behavior for all students.

This video, that is shown in the first weeks of school, explains are do's-and-don'ts of behavior in the hallways, cafeteria, bathrooms, and classrooms. Students chose role models in a survey conducted in May of 2019 and were invited to help exemplify the 'right' way to do things!
