Brett and Matt: We are educators looking to get out, unplug, walk, and get into shape. We know as leaders, collaboration enhances motivation and participation so we started challenging each other to reach walking goal. Walking for 30 minutes a day or more on most days of the week is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. Walking with others can turn exercise into an enjoyable social occasion.
