Now we'll take a look at the customer reviews submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We'll start with the most highly rated company.
There is one five-star review and two complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website, and none of them appear to be fake.
Website for Exipure bbb
The following is Sue P's five-star review:
I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. There are numerous counterfeit sites for this product. It's a forgery if it isn't simply exipure.com. Even if it says "official," if you see this in the address after clicking the link to the website "?hop=", it's a fake page. When you click on a link, you will be taken to the product's official website, "exipure.com." Hopefully, this will be useful, as I intend to order and try it myself. Oh, and many of the so-called "reviews" from scumbag online newspapers have the same exact review, and the links will take you to a bogus website.
Sue Exipure review on bbb warns of fraudulent websites.
BEWARE! As Sue mentioned, I've seen many newspapers with the same exact review and a few words changed that may redirect you to fraudulent websites.
As I previously stated, many unscrupulous individuals will attempt to defraud you by selling counterfeit scam products, such as the Amazon reviews we discussed.
Complaints about Exipure BBB
Because of this, the complaints on BBB are a little trickier, but they are very insightful.
A complaint was filed against Exipure on January 2nd, 2022. It says he or she only got a 25% refund because some of the bottles were not returned. Exipure's return policy states that ALL bottles, including empty ones, must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
Here's a rundown:
Exipure recommended a three-month weight-loss program to me. If you were not completely satisfied, Exipure offered a money-back guarantee. I used the supplement for more than 60 days without seeing any results. I contacted Expipure and asked for a return authorization for the last bottle as well as a full refund of $156.95. I was told that all three bottles were fine, including the EMPTY bottles I had thrown away. Instead, I was offered a 25% refund. I asked for the literature that stated that all bottles had to be returned in order to receive a refund, which I did not receive, and I received the canned response, "Our policy is return of all bottles in order to receive a full refund." I am completely dissatisfied with both the product and the company, and I would like a full refund.
Customer service complaint about Exipure
A second complaint was filed on December 20th, 2021, claiming that the return was inconvenient due to an allergic reaction to Exipure. Although it is unclear whether she received her full refund, I see no reason why she should not.
Personally, I'm not concerned about these two complaints. They could be disgruntled customers who were unhappy with their shopping experience.
Two customers out of thousands isn't a bad number.
Anyway, here's the gist of it:
On 12/12/21, I paid $167.94 for a three-bottle package deal (Order #P535UQ25). I took 1 capsule as directed on 12/22/21 and had an allergic reaction minutes later. I've spent the last two days taking full doses of Benadryl every four hours. The company promises a "FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE," "NO QUESTIONS ASKED," and "EVERY ***** RETURNED" within 180 days. I called the company and requested a refund as well as instructions on how to return their product bottles to them. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping and handling when I returned the bottles to them. I was also told that because of my reaction to the product, the representative "*****" would be unable to process my refund and that someone from another department would have to call me back. How can a company advertise "FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE," "NO QUESTIONS ASKED," and "EVERY ***** RETURNED" within 180 days if the customer bears the cost of return shipping and handling? I suppose I should have just called and asked for a full refund without explaining why. I wanted to inform others about this situation and ask for assistance, please, in cutting through the red tape that has erupted here. After all, their website promises a "FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE", "NO QUESTIONS ASKED", and "EVERY ***** RETURNED" within 180 days, so I'm hoping for a full refund and not having to pay for shipping and handling. Thank you kindly.
