Frequent Questions

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Our clients must provide and buy the alcohol for their event. We can provide drink suggestions and help figure how much alcohol will need to be purchased to meet your party needs.

Do you travel?

We LOVE to travel! Contact us to see if we can travel to your event. Due to gas not being free - events outside of Craig, Colorado a mileage fee will be added. This fee will be added on upon time of booking and wont be a suprise extra!

Do you provide glassware?

As part of our Essential and Ease of Mind Packages we provide plastic cups (plastic bounces better than glass). If you would like to provide us with special glassware for your event, we will be happy to serve your drinks in them.

Do you carry insurance?

Absolutely! The Trailer Bar carries liquor liability insurance and general liability insurance. If your venue requires event permits and/or insurance you will need to purchase, as our insurance will not cover everything. Copies of our insurance is available upon request.

Are your bartenders certified?

Bartenders are TIPS certified and ready to help make your event safe and memorable.
