We use cookies and other tracking technologies (like those used by Google Analytics) to help customize the Site and improve your experience.
Cookies: A "cookie" is a string of information that assigns you a unique identifier that we store on your computer. Your browser then provides that unique identifier to use each time you submit a query to the Site. We use cookies on the Site to, among other things, keep track of services you have used, record registration information, record your user preferences, and track the pages you visit. Cookies help us understand how the Site is being used and improve your user experience.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how users engage with our Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. For more information on how Google uses data when you use our Site, you can visit: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking by visiting: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Managing Cookies: Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Site.
Do Not Track Signals: Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online Browse activities monitored and collected. At this time, we do not currently have the ability to recognize DNT browser signals or mechanisms.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. These include: * SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit. * Encryption for data at rest (to the extent implemented). * Measures to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in some data processing flows. * Data minimization practices, collecting only data necessary for the stated purposes.
While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.
Please note: We have appropriate security measures in place in case of suspected data breaches, personal information being accidentally lost, personal information being accessed in unauthorized ways, or personal information being used in an unauthorized way. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and mitigate harm as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
User-Provided Data (e.g., email, phone, shirt sizes): We will retain this data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, or until you request its deletion.
Trackman Performance Data: This data is owned and controlled by Trackman. Its retention on our Site is subject to our agreement with Trackman and Trackman's own data retention policies.
Google Analytics Data: Data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

8. Your Privacy Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal information. Please note that rights concerning kicking performance data originating from Trackman are primarily managed by Trackman, as they are the data controller for that information.
Access to Your Information: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you that "The Tour" directly controls (e.g., your contact information, shirt size).
Correction of Your Information: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information that "The Tour" directly controls.
Deletion of Your Information (Right to Erasure): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that "The Tour" directly controls (e.g., your contact information, shirt size).
For deletion of kicking performance data originating from Trackman, you must contact Trackman directly to initiate this process. We will coordinate with Trackman as necessary after you have made your request to them.
Data Portability: For personal information you have directly provided to "The Tour" (such as your name, email, phone number, shirt size), you may request a copy of this data in a commonly used and machine-readable format. This right does not generally apply to the kicking performance data owned by Trackman; requests for portability of such data should be directed to Trackman.
Objection to Processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information that "The Tour" directly controls if you believe we are using it for purposes beyond what is necessary for providing our core services or for which you have not consented, and which are not overridden by our legitimate interests or legal obligations. Given that a core service is the public display of player performance data, objecting to this specific processing may impact your ability to be featured on the Site.
Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: We currently do not send marketing emails. If we were to engage in such communications in the future, you would have the right to opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails.
Exercising Your Rights: To exercise any of these rights for data controlled by "The Tour," please contact us at thetour25@gmail.com.
Identity Verification: To protect your information, we will need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve asking you to confirm details we have on file for you or requiring the request to come from the email address associated with your data.
Response Timeframe: We will respond to your verifiable requests within one month of receipt. If we require more time (up to two additional months where legally permissible), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide a copy of a signed contract or written authorization from you, and we may also need to verify your identity directly.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
9. California Resident Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These rights include:
Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling (we do not sell personal information), or sharing personal information, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not "sell" personal information in the traditional sense or as defined by the CCPA for monetary consideration. We also do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as currently defined by CCPA. Google Analytics may collect information as described in their privacy policy, and you can opt-out of Google Analytics as described in Section 5.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
To exercise your CCPA rights for data controlled by "The Tour," please contact us at thetour25@gmail.com. For data controlled by Trackman, please contact Trackman directly.
