Privacy Policy for The Table

The Table is a fantasy football application operated by Mathew O'Neill. This Privacy Policy explains what information The Table collects, how that information is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to users.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account Information
When you create or use an account, The Table may collect information including your email address, display name, team name, account identifier, and authentication information necessary to create and maintain your account.
Authentication is provided through Supabase. Password credentials are transmitted to the authentication service for account access. The Table does not separately store readable passwords.
League and Gameplay Information
The Table stores information required to operate fantasy leagues and maintain competition history. This may include league membership, team identity, player ownership, draft activity, Match Calls, Captain and Scout selections, waiver activity, transfers, standings, scores, and other gameplay-related records.
This information is associated with your account while your account is active so that the app can provide its core fantasy football features.
Technical and Security Information
The Table uses Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services.
As part of operating and securing these services, technical request information may be processed automatically. This may include information such as IP address, request metadata, device or browser information, authentication events, timestamps, and related security or diagnostic information.
The Table does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information is used to:
Create and authenticate accounts
Operate leagues and fantasy gameplay
Maintain standings and competition history
Process game actions
Protect the security and integrity of the service
Troubleshoot technical issues
Provide support
Comply with applicable legal obligations
The Table does not sell personal information.
The Table does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

The Table does not intentionally collect:
Precise location
Contacts
Photos
Camera data
Microphone data
Health information
Advertising identifiers
The app does not include third-party advertising or advertising-tracking SDKs.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Table uses Supabase to provide authentication, database, backend, and related infrastructure services.
Information necessary to provide these services may therefore be processed by Supabase and its infrastructure providers.
Service providers that process user information on behalf of The Table are expected to protect that information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy and security requirements.
DATA RETENTION
Account and gameplay information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate The Table, maintain league functionality and competition history, protect the service, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Technical and security logs may be retained for periods determined by the infrastructure services used to operate The Table.
ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users can initiate account deletion directly inside The Table by opening:
Profile > Account > Delete Account
Deleting an account removes the user's authentication identity and scrubs personal profile information associated with the account.
Certain completed competition records may be retained in anonymized form where necessary to preserve historical league results and standings. In those records, the deleted user is represented as Deleted Manager rather than by their former personal identity.
If the user is commissioner of a shared league, commissioner responsibility must be transferred before the account can be deleted.
Account deletion may also be temporarily unavailable while a live draft is in progress in order to protect league integrity.

DATA SECURITY
The Table uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and gameplay information.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
YOUR CHOICES
You may update certain account or team information within the app.
You may delete your account using the in-app account deletion feature.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated if The Table's features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change.
