Breaches and Accidents

Breach 1 - UNI1

TJA-UNI1 and TJA-UNI2 switched collars, and UNI1 pushed UNI2 into its cell. UNI1 roamed the facility freely and UNI2 was in UNI1’s cell. The guards went to test UNI1 but realised that it was UNI2, and UNI1 was spotted eating scientists. UNI1 was shot 7 times and was brought into their cell alive.

Accident 1 - POI5

The swamp-like area of TJA-POI5’s cell’s steaming and humidifying machines stopped working, and POI5 was heavily upsetted. They ripped off their mask and poison spread across the room and almost made it out of the cell. Guards had to put POI5 in an empty room while janitors cleaned it up and staff had to upgrade the door.

Accident 2 - DA43

A scientist was testing on DA43 to find out more about their make-up, and TJA-DA43 started glowing so bright the scientist was blinded for a while. DA43 started attacking the scientist and the scientist was severely injured. Guards rushed over and the scientist was saved.

Accident 3 - CO30 and YZ61

During Test 5, YZ61 took a bite out of CO30. Guards had to come in and have him spit it out. Staff remembered they forgot to feed YZ61.

Breach 2 - BE35, ARO3, ATW1, ATW2, T319, A204 and POI5

March 30, 2022

There was an accident within the control staff office, which caused random cells to open all around the facility. These TJAs dashed out of their cells, destroying everything they could find. BE35’s B-Bees paralyzed twelve staff members, and also sliced off ARO3’s blindfold. ARO3’s eye was cut in the process, and B-Bugs crawled around and devoured three staff members. ARO3 walked around and began running towards the staff. Seven arrows were shot and nineteen people were injured. Twenty-seven were killed by ARO3. ARO3 also removed the blindfolds of ATW1 and ATW2, which used their abilities combined to control the minds of staff, making the staff members kill each other. Seventeen staff members were killed, although 2 were able to resist the powers of ATW1 and ATW2. T319 turned eighteen staff members into abominations, and seven mysteriously went missing. It is unknown whether they are alive or not, but it is thought that they are alive in the green dimension. POI5’s poison was spreading across the facility, which managed to infest and kill 23 staff members. A204’s screaming killed twenty-one staff members, and multiple were squashed into the walls and floors. There were dents and scratches all over the facility from the breach, although Heavy Guards were able to eliminate the threat and get all TJAs inside of the cell. All logs before the breach were destroyed, but most files remain in good condition. Scientists are currently trying to revert green abominations to their former self, and also trying to figure out if it is possible to use BE35’s B-Bees. Staff also found out that the disease transmitted by T319 can be cured by POI5's poison being inserted via a syringe.
