I'm a Yoga Teacher with an International Yoga Alliance Certification of 500h and 200h+ of other trainings and certifications in Ayurveda Therapy, Seniors, Kids and Restaurative Yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra (in Berlin, Lisbon & Goa). I have been practicing for 17 and teaching for 10 years.
