Rise and shine with morning Hatha Yoga!
We like the morning classes to be energizing and relaxing at the same time.
We mobilize the joints, release tensions and blockades from the muscles, warm up with a dynamic sequence and hold strengthening postures for several seconds.
In the end relaxation, we let the prana nourish our cells and activate the energetic centers. We practice doing nothing and just observe our breath & the flow of prana.
We connect to oneness and deep happiness in stillness.
I'm a Yoga Teacher with an International Yoga Alliance Certification of 500h and 300h+ of other trainings and certifications in Ayurveda Therapy, Seniors, Kids and Restaurative Yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra (in Berlin, Lisbon & Goa). I have been practicing for 17 and teaching since almost 10 years.

Then, we slow down with Yin Yoga, opening up deeper layers of tension, releasing stress, and creating space in both body and mind.
Finally, we end up with Yoga Nidra, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation to connect with your true self, promoting resilience, mental stability and inner peace. Yoga Nidra eases insomnia and anxiety.
