Does anybody know of any invisible pants for TS3? I have tried both nude pants from sexysims but I think they are meshed with female bits, so when I put accessory skinny jeans on my sim ladies, you can still see everything ?

Hi, Jen! I just wanted to tell you how much I love your Bakery& Spooky Store, especially the apartment above the bakery. It's such a lovely apartment! I don't even own GTW expansion pack, I knew I wouldn't be able to play as the owner, so I planned to place this lot and redecorate it to fit the requirements for a caf or something, but as soon as I saw the apartment and the little garden, I wanted to keep it. I ended up making this lot a residential, where my sims live upstairs and have a pretend "business" on the ground floor. It's been so many things over the years: there was a bakery (selling cupcakes through the base game cupcake machine and "sell to the local bakery" option), a flower shop, a hipsterish furniture store (bakery's kitchen became a workshop and my sim got to exhibit the chairs he made in a pretentious interior), an abandoned arcade (my criminal sim had the best parties there). It became my sim's personal office every time they chose a career that allowed working from home.

Before I placed this lot, I thought I was a type of a simmer who mainly plays with families, but since the apartment had one bedroom and was only fit for a single sim or a couple, I've learned to have fun with that too! Never before this lot had my sims made so many connections! The annoying visitors that come to your lot randomly and knock on the door weren't annoying anymore, they somehow became relevant to the story surrounding the "business" that I currently had on the lot. My holiday decorations got much more creative with having to decorate both the apartment and the commercial space, my sim's parties became much more fun too. The most beautiful wedding I've ever had with my sims was on this lot, in their very own bakery. Anyway, you probably got the idea already, this is my favourite lot of all time, I can go on about it for ages..

random post but sadly charismatictrait has announced that she will be leaving the sims community after her simblr was terminated for a second time, so here's a folder of unreleased afterglow retextures and recolors she did. also includes hairlines, beards, eyebrows, etc. there's 125 hairs including some mesh edits.

This last part focuses in on the living room. I started off with the standout showpiece of the month, the piano. It was yet another labour of love, similar to the playhouse from part 2, but I'm really happy to have finally been able to add a new piano for you and your sims to enjoy. There wasn't a single inspiration image pinned to my board that didnt have built in cabinets next to the fireplace, so of course a full set of those were essential for this collection.

@aniraklova Vicious - we really needed another liberty spikes haircut for ts2. i took the scalp texture from billielith. TM-EM, 3.3k polys, 2.7k vertices. original textures blended with afterglow, 4 afterglow unnaturals (volatile textures are included for people who want to make more recolors!)

Here is the first part of the big pack of conversions! I decided to start from hairs. No previews here, sorry. You'll see what you're getting after downloading the file. It's huge (200 mb zipped, 300 mb normally), it cotains 30 hairstyles. Hopefully everyone will find something for themselves :> You'll probably notice some hairs has different textures, that's becasue I was testing some options. I'm going to stick to @sweetdevil-sims textures, because I really like the way they look. Two or three hairs use this texture already. All of them should have working thumbnails... I guess that's it! I hope you will enjoy the first pack and I hope you won't be disappointed! I feel so relieved now :D

@satellite-sims although you aren't too active right now, I miss you, and I love your conversions sm. The extra work you put into making them the absolute best quality, just like all your posts is so loved and appreciated.

Not gonna lie, the save File is really nice. But for me as someone who has owns every pack, its not very useful. So there arent any restaurants because Dine Out didnt come with a world? So there's not going to be much for sims to DO in this save. Outside of gyms, lounges/parks.

A collab with the beautiful @simspirationbuilds for you this month! The mosaque set was made to help you create the perfect pottery/ceramic, creative space. It contains 18 new meshes, including a pottery wheel & a small stool, some sculpting tools, sponges, plates & bowls, a cute little clothing line with rags, an apron with hooks, antique tin containers, a step ladder, surfaces etc! I mostly focused on beautiful textures, an antique & used look for most objects, everything in a calming & natural palette.

This building contains four units, one of them for a single sims or a couple, the other three perfect for small families. And if you need more space to organize a small get-together with your neighbors, the rooftop is the ideal place for this!

I built it for the Langlois, a family I added to my third family pack when I updated all my sims last time. It was the last household without a home, now they finally have a place to live! I have one last house project in progress (for another family who already has a house I no longer like), before resuming my renovations of old lots.

For the complementary, the folder also includes a neat little mod by @lamare-sims. It makes the autonomous toast to newlyweds occur less often; it's only allowed after the sims get married, and even then it can only happen every other hour.

This may be a obvious, but just playing? I enjoy decorating (even building on ocassion) and making cc (especially when trying to make something new and it finally works ?), but nothing brings as much enjoyment as having a lot of sims in the same lot and watch chaos ensue ?
