The Silly Llamas ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Llamadoku (the "App"), our mobile logic puzzle game.
This policy describes game data, Android backup, advertising, privacy choices, and safeguards for younger players.
Llamadoku stores information on your device to support gameplay, including:
Puzzle progress and completed levels.
Unlocked llama characters and achievements.
Daily Challenges and winning streaks.
In-progress puzzles.
Hints and streak-repair information.
Music, sound effects, accessibility, and other game settings.
Llamadoku does not require you to create an account or provide your name or email address to play.
We do not operate a separate Llamadoku cloud account system for synchronizing player progress.
Llamadoku supports Android's built-in backup and restore functionality for eligible saved-game data.
When Android backup is enabled and available, supported game progress and preferences may be included in a backup associated with your Google account.
Google's backup services may process and store that information according to Google's applicable policies.
Backup availability, timing, retention, and restoration depend on your device, Google account settings, Android version, and Google's services.
We do not independently operate or access a database containing these Google-account backups.
Llamadoku uses Google AdMob to provide advertisements to eligible players.
When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as:
Device information and permitted identifiers.
IP address and approximate location inferred from network information.
Advertisement requests, views, and interactions.
Advertising-related diagnostics.
Consent choices and privacy preferences.
The information processed depends on applicable law, age-related protections, device settings, consent choices, and advertising configuration.

Information associated with Llamadoku may be used to:
Save gameplay progress and preferences.
Provide puzzles, achievements, and Daily Challenges.
Maintain game functionality.
Support eligible Android backup and restoration.
Display advertisements when permitted.

Support troubleshooting, security, and technical reliability.
We do not use locally stored puzzle progress to build our own advertising profiles.
Llamadoku is designed for a range of players, including children ages 9–12, teenagers, and adults.
The App asks players to select an age range to determine appropriate advertising and privacy protections.
The available choices are:
Under 13.
13–15.
16–17.
18 or older.
Prefer not to say.
Players who have not selected an age range are treated as having an unknown age for advertising purposes.
The full puzzle game remains playable regardless of the selected age range.
Players who select Under 13 or Prefer not to say, or who have not selected an age range, do not receive advertisements.
The App is designed not to initialize Google advertising services or request advertisements for these players.
These players can access gameplay assistance, including hints and applicable streak-repair features, without watching advertisements.
For eligible teenage players, Llamadoku uses age-appropriate, non-personalized advertising, subject to applicable legal requirements and platform policies.
Advertising content is restricted to a maximum PG rating.
Privacy and consent requirements may differ according to the player's age and location.
For players ages 18 and older, advertising and associated data processing depend on applicable law, privacy choices, and advertising service configuration.
Age-related safeguards are designed to reduce unnecessary advertising-related processing for younger players.
Llamadoku uses Google AdMob to provide two types of advertisements to eligible players.
Interstitial advertisements are full-screen advertisements that may appear at natural breaks between Adventure levels.
These advertisements may be shown after a player completes certain Adventure levels for the first time and chooses to continue to the next level.
Interstitial advertisements:
Do not interrupt an active puzzle.
Are not shown during Daily Challenges.
Are not shown during llama-unlock celebrations.
Are not shown when replaying previously completed levels.
Are subject to frequency limits.
Are not required for the player to continue progressing through the game.
An advertisement that is unavailable or fails to load does not prevent the player from continuing.
Eligible players may voluntarily choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive an in-game hint.
Rewarded advertisements are optional and are shown only when the player chooses to request one.
A hint reward is granted when the advertising service confirms that the applicable reward conditions have been satisfied.
Players who do not qualify for advertising can access gameplay assistance without watching advertisements.
Advertisements are disabled for players who:
Select Under 13.
Select Prefer not to say.
Have not selected an age range.
Eligible teenage players receive non-personalized, age-appropriate advertising.
For adult players, advertising personalization depends on applicable law, consent choices, and advertising settings.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present privacy notices or consent choices relating to advertising data processing.
Depending on your location and applicable law, available options may include:
Accepting certain advertising-related data uses.
Declining consent.
Reviewing privacy choices.
Changing or withdrawing previously provided consent.
Where available, privacy controls can be accessed through:

Declining consent does not necessarily prevent all advertisements from appearing. Limited or non-personalized advertising may still be displayed where legally permitted.
Changing an age selection or withdrawing consent may affect the availability and type of advertisements displayed.
We do not sell locally stored game progress or operate a database of personal player profiles.
When Android backup is enabled, eligible saved-game data may be processed by Google's Android backup services.
When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process information as described in this policy.
We may disclose information we possess when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of the App.
We do not claim that third-party services never collect information. Their processing practices are governed by their applicable privacy policies and legal obligations.
Llamadoku is designed to provide an age-appropriate puzzle experience, including for children ages 9–12.
The App does not require children to create an account, provide their name, or submit an email address to play.
Our advertising configuration disables advertisements for players who select Under 13 or Prefer not to say, as well as players who have not selected an age range.
These players can enjoy the puzzle game and access gameplay assistance without viewing advertisements.
We aim to apply appropriate protections for children and teenagers under applicable laws and platform policies.
Parents and guardians may contact us with questions or concerns about children's privacy.
Gameplay progress and preferences are stored on your device.
Depending on Android backup settings, eligible game data may also be retained in a Google-account backup.
Local game data may remain until you reset progress, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
Resetting or uninstalling Llamadoku does not necessarily immediately remove previously created Android backups.
Google controls the retention and deletion of backups maintained through its services.
Advertising providers may retain information according to their own policies.
Because we do not operate a Llamadoku cloud account system, we generally cannot manually retrieve or reconstruct lost player progress.
Depending on your age category, device, location, and applicable law, you may be able to:
Manage advertising consent through available in-app privacy controls.
Adjust Android advertising privacy settings.
Reset locally saved game progress.
Clear the App's stored data.
Manage Android backup through your device and Google account settings.
Uninstall the App.

Requests relating to information controlled independently by Google or other advertising partners may need to be directed to those providers.
We take reasonable steps to limit unnecessary information collection and protect the functionality of Llamadoku.
However, no application, device, or online service can guarantee absolute security.
Android backup security is managed by the applicable Android and Google services.
Llamadoku uses or may interact with the following services:
Google AdMob: Advertising services for eligible players, including interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements.
Google User Messaging Platform: Advertising consent and privacy messaging where applicable.
Google Android Backup: Operating-system backup and restoration of eligible saved-game data when enabled.
These services operate under their own applicable policies and terms.
