I had a huge ARAH collection, and sold it in 2009. Then I had a huge 25th Anniversary Collection and Marvel Universe collection, and sold them in 2015. I was going to stay away from action figures and jsut concentrate on my Lego collection. But then in 2021 my oldest daughter got me 2 Classified Joes for Christmas... I immediately started getting more. One of the things that I loved about the 3.75" toys was all of the playsets. It seemed unlikely that we would be getting too many playsets at the 6" scale, so I decided to start making my own. In the summer of 2023 I made my first set- A Brainwave Scanner.
All of our parts are made so that they can be printed on a 256 mm x 256 mm print bed. You don't have to do any custom cutting in your slicer software to print our parts. See the Suppy List page to learn which filament colors I use.
I'm an avid Lego builder. when I started designing cutom printable toys, and needed ways to connect things together, my mind immediately turned to Lego technic pins. They are cheap, easy to get and can be reused indefinitely. See the Suppy List page to learn which Lego elements I use in my sets.
As a kid, I was always disappointed with using stickers as computer screens. I wanted to be able to change what was being viewed. All of the screens in my sets are made as top-loading or side-loading slots. I use .04" thick acrylic to create "glass" screens for all of the moitors. I use a color laser printer to print all of the images and I laminate the fronts and backs of the images so that they are durable.
All of my floors and walls are made with the same pattern of Lego pin holes- that means that you can mix and match parts from different sets to create dioramas and bases that are exactly what you want them to be! The modular design makes it easy to change and expand your base over time, and its also easy to put it all away and store it when you need to.
I combined the Med Center, Expanded Comms Room, Mission Control Room and Expanded Detention Center with a long hallway.
I like this version of Mark's layout. It is organized, compact and easy to play with.
Mike's base is awesome. He used parts from the Tactical Battle Platform and the External Walls sets to make this cool layout.
Frankie has done a couple Cobra and Joe Shelves. I like the lighting that he added.
Patrick used the Joe sets to make a custom cobra base.
This layout combines all of the standard HQ sets with an External Wall segment and an Integrated Checkpoint.
Ron has a whole Original HQ in the foreground and a Barracks and Armory in the background.
I have helped several clients to bring their ideas for custom layouts or projects to life. I do not charge for doing drawings, but I do reserve the right to sell the files that I generate to others, and the right to print and sell sets based on our collaboration.
The Classified Scale Dreadnok Pirate ship is a good example of this. We would have never drawn that on our own, but a client specfically asked for it. We did the drawings and he bought the first printing of it. We have been selling the files for it since then. The replacement parts for the ARAH HQ are another example of something that was requested.
Please reach out to us if you have an idea for something thatyou would like to see produced.
