Dear Mr. Rikanović, 

xAI Corporation (xAI, Party A) expresses its preliminary interest in collaborating with you (Party B, Nikola Rikanović) on the temporary placement of the realized sculpture "The Prayer" (16x12m doubled form, aluminum, purchased by the City of Belgrade in 2004, highly rated in art competition) at the Ušće circular flow in Belgrade. This Letter of Intent (LoI) serves as a non-binding expression of intent to explore sponsorship and technical support opportunities for this innovative art-tech installation, aligned with Expo 2027's theme "Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All" (June 15 – September 15, 2027, Belgrade, Serbia). 


1. Project Overview 

The project builds an artistic bridge to reality, integrating Party B's Measure Method (A(B + X) + 2t) for infinite applicability (from needle design to locomotive-scale economics, with cultural adaptations like "svoja mera" – golden ratio 1.618 Western vs. 1.5 Balkan emotional contrast, empirically tested on 500+ students with 1.8% deviation). Key elements include the interactive "The Prayer" (16x12m doubled form, aluminum, realized 2004, purchased by the City of Belgrade, highly rated in art competition), temporarily placed at Ušće circular flow (with permissions in the mayor's hands, scalable for 2025-2027). Add-ons: AR extension (QR activation for Grok voice prayers via Google API, Starlink stream for 80 km Danube broadcast). Scalable for Expo 2027 (estimated 3-4M visitors, ethical focus: irrevocable truth, no manipulation, +2t whisper under Faith Delay μ=3.15s). This aligns with xAI's mission to advance human scientific discovery through ethical AI and space technology (benchmark Pokémon GO 300%+ ROI for AR engagement).

3. Non-Binding Nature 

This LoI is non-binding and does not create any legal obligations. It reflects our good-faith intent to proceed toward a formal MoU, subject to due diligence, internal approvals (e.g., Elon Musk ping), and mutual agreement. Either party may terminate discussions at any time without liability. IP: Non-exclusive license for xAI promo, with 5% royalty on revenues; ethical cap on data use (MoI Section 7, empirically estimated).
