Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.

Since all orders are confirmed directly through WhatsApp, customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

• Product ordered

• Reason for cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment source or another agreed payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

The Saras Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
