We have been active on Trusted Housesitters since September of 2022. Since then, we have completed 15 house-sits in three different states and have worked with a variety of animals and homes, ranging from a single dog or cat in an apartment to a hobby farm complete with alpacas, goats, sheep, poultry, ducks, and a cat (Oh my!).

We have had great experiences using Trusted Housesitters as sitters and have heard positive things from homeowners about their satisfaction with the service. We would recommend the platform to anybody who travels often and is in need of accommodation (as a sitter) or pet care (as a homeowner). We believe the decision as to whether the membership cost (starting at $129) is worth it is entirely dependent on whether the service will be used enough to make use of the membership. Since we travel full-time and aren't paying rent for an apartment or home of our own, the membership fee is completely worth it for us.
